The EC-001 error usually occurs due to authentication failure which can happen if the network connection is moving between WiFi and data. Here are some steps you can try to fix the problem:
- Disabling your WiFi, forcing your phone to use cellular data
- Uninstall the app > Restart your phone > Reinstall the app > Log back in
