If a clinician does not show up for your virtual appointment, please first make sure that you have entered the virtual consultation room, and that you are not still in the virtual waiting room. If you are still in the waiting room, please click the "join now" button. If you are definitely in the consultation room and your clinician doesn't show up after fifteen minutes, please let us know by contacting technical support via email at techsupport@closeknithealth.com or by phone at 866-233-6925, option 2.
